The BAN HAMMER

I made a real life Ban Hammer for Banning things. The print took 1.5hrs for each half on a Makerbot at Hive76 and I welded each half together with Weldon, a nasty solvent. It mounted nicely on replacement hammer handle.
I need to tweak the design a little. See if you can spot the obvious mistake. When it’s done, it will go up on Thingiverse.
